Quick question, how do you manage to plant this?!

I ask because I have bought several pots now and I struggle to keep it in the substrate! With such a small root structure the fish and the shrimps seem to move gravel to uproot it before it can take hold properly!

Also, what conditions does this plant need to be successful as it doesn't seem to grow much/very fast

Easiest way is to leave a bit of the floss on that its planted in the pots with and just and plop it in your substrate in small clumps.
