Does anyone know where I can get a threaded end cap for 16mm hose.
Something like this ...

(Not sure img link is working so ... https://1drv.ms/u/s!AiSdxKZH7MXJgTxWzGObRUVJfpb6 )

I know I can get them for something around 2" hoses, but I can't find them for 16mm.

Thanks

Thanks,
Yes, I want tp put a screw cap on the end of a 16mm (int dai) hose.
I can't find apropriate hosetails / hosebarbs on that site.

threaded cap is more secure
I would say that it could be less secure as you need to use a hose barb to get from flexible tube to rigid fittings then you have the part that you have to screw on which gives you another joint which is a weakness.

If you just want to stop the water then I personally think a bung like @Rich suggests is the easiest solution.

If it is a joint you need to be able to take apart on a regular basis then it might be easier to put a valve inline and put a threaded cap on that if you want to be extra safe.
Polypropylene will give you the fittings you need whether you want to include a valve or not.
You will probably find you need some PTFE tape too if you skip out the valve and just opt for a cap
Just an example of the fittings you can get in the link below.

Thanks for the link. I'll see what I can find.
As for watch need and why ... it doesn't really matter why if I can find it
