how to introduce new fish to co2 tank

pretty much as above looking to buy more fish but not sure how to go about introducing them to my planted tank without gassing them right away. I already have fish in the tank but obviously these have been established a while and have got used to the co2. any help on what to do would be great

Hi, best way is to add them a few hours before you turn co2 on, this way they can adjust to the co2 as it increases

ok If I was to do that and my drop checker usually gets to the yellow end of the scale would they still be ok? just I always thought fish had to adjust over a period of days?

If you acclimatize them gradually prior to co2 on the should be fine, but then we don't know your levels of co2.

If they show any bad signs cut co2 and raise inflow to gas off excess co2.

I'm sure it would be fine if your other fish are fine and should adjust as the gas is injected.
