Just about anything written by Clive aka ceg4048, I used to love his no nonsense approach and his tank proved exactly what he said, his posts and threads certainly got me interested in the planted side of the hobby.

Oh man I really soaked up a ton of knowledge from DJ Quick back in the day when I was first starting out.

more a comment related to necessary medicine/perspective from our secret comic

If it is comedy, it is <"fairly black comedy">, and <"I wish it didn't"> have a <"kernel of truth">. Looking back at that thread (it is really about Greenwich Mean and British Summer time <"British summer time">) it makes fairly grisly reading.
