Is my light powerful enough for hi tech?

I'm setting up my first tank, and my initial plan was to go low tech for easier maintenance, however the more I look at high tech planted setups the more they tempt me....

So my tank is a Fluval Roma 90, dimensions 60cm x 35cm x 50cm (LWH), however it's more like 45 high when the plinth is taken into account.

The light is an Ecotech Radion XR15FW freshwater unit, filtration is via an Eheim professional 3 350, substrate is ADA Amazonia soil + soil powder.

So is this light strong enough or should I stick to low tech?

I use that light over a 60x40x25cm high shallow, and it's more than enough for high-energy on about 65% intensity.

I should imagine it'll be OK for a deeper tank if you ramp the power up a little.
However, I did struggle a little to get even coverage across the whole scape, which I thought might be an issue in the long run but it turned out OK.
