Is dose since this week easy carbo could it be this

Its unlikely that the easycarbo has done that if dosed correctly unless it was in direct contact with it.

Its either
1. A flow issue around the bottom of the plant
Or
2. Its older emersed growth dying. Is this a new addition to the tank?

I did spot dosing on my rocks whit easy carbo
The plants are 3 months in my tank 1 month ago it was growing good
