LED cube lighting

So as i had a huve disaster with my cube finally got time and supplies to finish it lights. Im thinking to use a 5 led's 1w each, 3 cold white, 1 red 660 nm and one royal blue 425 nm, and i have a question if its gonna be good choice for a 30x30x30 cube? Also disaster i had was all shrimps died, had a huge colony of a cherries, red rilli, yellow fire, white pearls, black rilli and a taiwan tigers.....

Also forgot to mention optics would be a 60 degree angle and it would be hung about a 45-50 cm from bottom
