Leopard Cobra Endler Pregnant?

Morning all. This morning one Endler is chilling by the skimmer on its own. I bought the endlers as all male but I know they can easily get mixed up.

Is this one pregnant or unwell?

It is a male and it's somewhat bloated....is it still coming out to feed and what do you feed them?

I had a couple of guppies in the past that looked like that. Turned out to be camallanus which if untreated will kill them.

Seems to be quite commonly found in mass bred livebearers.

Stress and poor water conditions can bring it on.
