Lighting for a 32x14x23

hi all,
could anyone recommend me some lighting units for a 32x14x23 (L x W x H), low tech setup please?
If my research is right then tank will about 40 gallons so about 100w of lighting needed?

Im only use to marines and so not too knowledgeable on where to start looking, as I guess the big expensvie units are not needed for plants. Happy with t5s or leds.

Thanks for the link. Ive not seen them before.
Do you know what it means by "Fully compatible with the TMC AquaRay MMS range"
Doesn't take much to confuse me...

That's ok It means that you will need TMC AquaRay MMS system to mount it over aquarium or make it as a pendant luminaire. Check out the link:
