I have replaced the rocks, some plants and added a large piece of manzanita. The tank was previously like this:

Thanks. This tank is more of something to test things on, as now I have a dedicated tank for scaping.
Next I will put a barrier next to rocks, scoop all the substrate in the front and replace it with clear gravel.

The tank has been going for a really long time now.
