Im getting a 44"x24"x"24" tank in the new year, the bloke im buying it off as offered me a tetratek 1200 for £30.00.
I currently have a 48"x18"x15" with everything doing ok.filtered by a fluval 4 internal and a fluval 204.
Will the tetratek be enough to do that size of tank?
As i used to keep Marines a few years ago one filter would not be good enough.
A planted tank is new to me.
I will be fitting co2 as well.
Thanks

Hi Discus

No mate - not on its own, you need two 1200 or similar, I would buy it for 30.00 and purchase an additional one.

paul.
