Micrantherum monte carlo

Iv just ordered some online any tips on how to plant? My tank is already planted but no carpet .bin running for 2 years dose ei fertiliser and liquid co2 . I know I will have to be careful planting and not to release much soil but any tip on how to plant most effectively? My tank is 55 litres .Any advice very much welcome
