microsorium pteropus green -small black holes

hi
just spot small black holes on couple of leaves
i 'm adding couple ml of ei macro after water change and in the midle of week micro ,water change around every 10 days 40/30 %
know taht leaves may get blakish on edges but these are small holes
any ideas what can cause it ?

It looks like where the leaves have dried out during a water change.
