Missing silicone

Hello everyone!
I recently bought a brand new aquarium, but shortly after I set it up, I just discovered that on the left bottom side some silicone is missing (as in the picture below).

Tank size: 45x30x30 cm
Glass thickness: 4mm
Glass type: low iron glass

Would this pose any problem in the future? So far, everything is ok, no leaks at all!

No structural problems only cosmetic.
If you went back 25 years then bubbles in the silicone was normal. Nowadays you don’t see it so much and it would not be excepted on a high end aquarium.
