Moss and Skin Reaction

This Afternoon I performed a heavy moss trim on my Pico Heavily Planted Cube. 1st since setting it up.
Also removed all the Marginal plants, as would loose points for them in the judging for IAPLC.
And for the 1st time have had a reaction to the various mosses in it.
After handling the moss, my fingers tips felt very strange. The only way i can describe it, is they felt peppery and quite rough. The feeling went away after an hour.
Has anyone else experienced this.

think i will wear gloves, as even the slightest contact with the moss causes a reaction recently.

I don't dose this pico with anything at the moment, was going to start with the ferropol i have. As thinking of adding some HC to it.
