My 20 gallon! Its back! With whole new plants! :)

Hey :) I have been a member on here for a while but never posted just lurked about. I have finally got a good enough camera to get half good pictures of my Fluval Roma 90 which I set up just after christmas. I used the natural method. Using top soil and play sand. Btw im only 11. :) So dont be too harsh on me! :D Comments and tips welcome!

Tank stats:
Fluval Roma 90.
Fluval filter and heater.
Top soil
Play sand.
Drift wood.

Fauna (Im a bit over stocked) :
3 two month old bettas ( I breed bettas)
1 Molly.
1 tiger loach.
1 gourami.
1 German Ram.
Pair of blackchins.
6 White clouded mountain minnows
5 Harliequins Rasaboras (Dont know If I spelt that right?)

Flora :
Amazon sword.
Hornwort.
Christmas moss.
Anubias nana "petite"
Java fern.
Vallis
2 plants I dont know?
Ludwigia repens.

That is young haha!! Great job as well regardless of your age pal. Congratulations :) keep us updated mate

Oh and get some pics up of your bettas, I'm a betta geek haha. Currently have a all black Halfmoon short finned plakat its amazing, do you import or breed shop bought?

when I first bred it was pet store bettas . You know the veil tail ones but I learnt that you dont know what your dealing with genetics wise. But over the winter I bought two double tails from a breeder and im going to go from there. Btw get some pics of your bettas up!! :D

Very nice looking betta mate. Did you get him from Steve bell?

Would be interested in your breeding set up/routine.

Ill get a picture up soon, his not much to look at because his not very colourful but I wanted a more natural looking betta.

No this male is actually a pet store betta this one. A very good one at that! Got him from Maiden head aquactics.

much better that cider and god knows what else on a street corner!

Rather be arms deep in warm water than getting chased by a hoodie for going down the wrong lane any day lol

lol i hear that chris, ive known kids of 11 who are doing gas and glue!

Lost one of my gouramis last night. :( He was been picked on a bit anyways. It was a gorgeous fish aswell.

Gutted bud :(

I lost one of my Cobalt Gouramis yesterday morning. She had been attacked by the male and I had her in a breeding enclosure to see if she would recover. Poor wee thing.

Was it another gourami picking on yours?

The gourami was getting picked on by the other fish and it just hid all the time. I don't think it ever got any food
