Need some advice

This is my first post, needing some help to identify an unknown (possibly some kind of cyano bacteria) algae lurking in my tank... if anyone can shed some light in helping to identify it I would really appreciate it.

It's very fluffy, as seen in the video. Unlike filamentous algae, this resembles diatoms but green. Doesn't smell, feels slimey.

Has anyone come across this form of algae?
