New setup :)

So I was thinking about doing a new setup, a 4 foot blackwater setup, some Archer Fish, my Eel Tail Catfish, and a Saratoga. Any ideas and no noes? And would a Saratoga need a bigger tank? And if no, how much is it generally for a little Saratoga fingerling? Inspiration: this pic and city farmers tank with those exact type of fish:
