Noob LED Question

OK, I've found an Aqua One Horizon tank in the back room, measures 50cm x 20cm x 30cm, this tank with the Ista 60cm LED I have, would this be suitable for a small Iwagumi carpet display? Would the light be strong enough? Unsure of how strong the light is.

Sorry, tank size is 35cm x 20cm x 23cm.

Is the LED over kill? Should I look at a normal bed side lamp?

Can you dim the light? If not I am afraid that it will be to much indeed.
