Pelia moss problem?

Hey everyone!
Just received some pelia moss on a cup for my newly built planted aquarium and I noticed that my pelia moss has something like algae on it? Is it because of the change in water parameters and it will recover or is it dying? I'm asking because it was shipped from a fish shop and was out of the water for 1.5 days or so so maybe it has something to do with it...
