Something is eating it. My money is on the shrimp. I couldn’t grow it in my tank as it was just eaten straight away.

I think you have some <"iron (Fe) availability issues"> and also that @simon_the_plant_nerd is right.

Ah ok and yeah it does look nibbled, never had it nibbled before in another setup with shrimp though, goddam shrimp maybe I’ll feed them as I haven't bothered so far

I only used it once and damn amanos ate most of it and AR mini

Agree with the comments here. From your photo's it looks like the new leaves in the centre of the plant are pale /white, if so then this highly likely an iron issue. Can you confirm if this is the case?
I find unhealthy plants are then eaten by your shrimp!! Healthy ones are left alone.
