I'm only on day 11 so far, and its not finished yet. I'm going to add some C. Balansae for some height on the right, and to get a nice sway in the filter flow once they reach a good height.
I had issues with leaking regulators so only today, the 11th day of it being set up, have I got the CO2 on and working, so I'm hoping this will make a big difference as it had in previous set-ups.
The tank was inspired by a few pictures I saw of rainbows in Lake Kutubu, or so the picture said, and they were in a mostly pebbled area of the river, so I switched from JBL substrate to aquastic compost capped with gravel, pebbles and 'inky rock' from AE.
I am impatient for it to grow in more, but I'm sure it will be worth the wait!
