reducing MgSO4, what to look out for

Currently dosing EI and live in Devon which has very soft water. Using the calculations at the moment am using 14tsp of mg for every mix. Have read you can slowly drop the dose down so was wondering what things will I need to look out for that shows the levels are getting to low.
