Replacing Filters more flow or same?

I'm about to replace my Eheim Pro3 for a JBL filter as it's virtually silent compared to the Ehiem. I have a 170L tank with 2 filters, a JBL with 900l/hour and the Eheim which is 1050l/hour.

My question is, do I upgrade the Eheim or replace for similiar (replacing the 1050l/hour with).

Option 1:
Filter 1 - JLB 900l/hour
Filter 2 - JBL 900l/hour

Option 2:
Filter 1 - JLB 900l/hour
Filter 2 - JBL 1500l/hour

Is 2400l/hour on a 170l tank over the top?

I have a JBL 1500lph on my Rio 125 and its very weak to be honest for a planted tank, rather than adding a second one I added two Koralia rated at 1500lph each. So in total I have on my 125l tank 4500lph of flow, I just updated my sig so have a look at the first tank. I reckon even with the two JBL 1500lh you might still need some extra flow eventually when your plants grow in.

I went for the JBL 1500, so better than what I had. Except the bloody thing isn't as quite as the JBL 900 that I have. Still slightly better than the Eheim and more flow at least.
