I can’t tell what’s causing drooping. I’m having the same issue but it doesn’t mean your plants are dying off. They will still grow but just won’t look as good as they could.

Really? Great to hear that. I read somewhere that once the leaves drooping. The stem will slowly dead off soon.

Hope its will survive.

Did you check you parameters (Iron, Phosphate, Potassium, etc...)?
I have the same issue with my Alternanthera Reineckii and think I just found our the issue. My potassium & Iron are both extremely low. I am using Tropica Speciliased plant growth and was so far following the recommended dose.
Following reviewing the Tropica website page where they show various successful tanks, I noticed that most of them multiple by 10 or even 20 times the recommended dose. I have there tripled my past dose and the Alternanthera Reineckii seems now to be growing new leaves. I will therefore combined both Tropica Plant Growth Specialised with Tropica Premium to add extra micro nutriments.

Never thought of doing that... great shout! Presumably additional micro will not cause any other issues in the tank? Can't think it would cause algae etc?
