Can anyone identify this issue with my SAE? I just found him dead at the bottom and when I pulled him out his stomach looked like this.

Are his gills red too? If not, might be start of a hernia?
No red gills. Today I found one of my rainbows half eaten so I’m curious if the rainbow passed and he ate it. Whatever affected the rainbow may have passed on to him when he consumed it.
