Evening everyone. I've been lurking the site for a while and finally plucked up the courage to create a user :). As the title suggests, I've been struck with a case of the white-fuzzies on a few new pieces of Redmoor root in my shrimp only 19l fluval spec.

I'm reluctant to take them out of the tank as I'm happy with my scape and the pieces are still buoyant. So...

Is there anyway to remove it without manual scrubbing? I understand it disappears in time, but I'm one of those annoying impatient people :).

Thanks in advance!
