Hi folks.

From my journal:
Tank: Juwel Rio 240 in Grey (Filter Removed)
Filter: Oase Biomaster Thermo 850
Light: Juwel HeliaLux Spectrum LED Light with Wifi Controller
CO2: Pressurised with CO2Art inline diffuser
Hardscape: Redmoor Wood & mini Landscape Rock
Water: 75% RO / 25% Tap
Ferts: DIY Tropica Specialised Nutrition clone
Plants: Micranthemum 'Monte Carlo”, Blyxa Japonica, Anubias barteri 'Petite', Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Green', Hydrocotyle tripartita Japan, Christmas Moss, Alternanthera Reineckii 'Mini', Bucephalandra Biblis, Microsorum pteropus Trident, Pogostemon Helferi

So the problem seems to be with my Tripartita Japan. What’s confusing me is my Blyxa, which is normally the first to melt, is doing fine by the looks of it. The new Juwel light is perhaps the cause but I’m only running it at 50% for 7 hours now. Also, not sure if flow is an issue here as my skimmer inlet is not pulling much water through.

Any thoughts on where to start with trying to bring this plant back?

You could try an in-tank CO2 reactor and connect an Eheim internal pump 600l/h at the top with tubing. It will also give you more flow.

MULTI DIRECTION CO2 Diffuser 135GAL UP tank - aquarium plants Atomizer Reactor

It's a shame to cut the RO with tap water, better to use Dennerle Osmose ReMineral+. Mix a couple of teaspoons with RO in a 10 litre container and shake to dissolve. Heat up your RO to tank temperature in a bucket however you do it and add a bit from your 10 litre container. Using a TDS tester pen stop adding when you reach TDS 100 or a bit less. Bung this in the tank and repeat. You probably want to change a third every fortnight if you don't have too many fish.

On the ferts, try doubling the recommended dose.

Maybe take some media out of the external filter to get more flow, just leaving the coarse grade?

I think your cryptocoryne will do badly in coarse gravel. I use an inert "pigmented quartz" (basically plastic) with a grain size about 2mm. Every 4 months or so I inject Flourish Tabs and Pro Flora Ferropol Root under them using a cut off syringe.
