Feedback Superb Service

    I had an issue with my CO2 regulator/solenoid. Karol made great efforts to resolve via e-mail, unfortunately it needed to be sent back. It was collected Tuesday afternoon, fault investigated and fixed Wednesday morning and on its way back for Thursday delivery.
    The fault was almost certainly caused my end rather than faulty equipment, I cant complain about the great customer service!

    This is why its worth it to pay a bit extra for good equipment, you get a better warranty and customer service. :)
