i found it my shed and i was going to use on my tank which at the moment is lit by two t8s with reflectors.The t8 bulbs are a powerglo and a lifeglo2.When i put a 24watt tube it flickers and does stay on,i turned the unit of and noticed it said 4wattt 6watt and 8watt tubes.So am i right in thinking it does not have enough power to light up my 24 watt tube
