T5's with these plants.

Would two Juwel 45w t5 high lights be a good light source for the following plants. Limnophila hippuridoides, Ludwigia sp.,Eleocharis sp.,Hydrocotyle tripartita, Hygrophila pinnatifida, Anubias barteri 'Petite', Echinodorus tenellus.
 
Depends on water volume/ depth of tank. But yes, should be fine. Unless the tank is bottomless.

Yes !! None of the above require very high light levels. The coloured plants may not reach their fullest potential in colour, but still be colourfull.
