Terrariums... Do you use buce?

So this is something I've somewhat struggled with a bit. I'm using buce in most of my terrariums but some leaves go yellow, or melt, but I'm usually getting new growths and clip the unhealthy leaves off when they get unsightly. I use terra tape to keep the rhizomes and roots moist.

Here are a few pics. Does anyone have advice or experience with this?

The Bucephalandra are doing well in this terrarium even though they are being swamped by the moss. They are placed on the cork - no tape. There is a small ‘waterfall’ that is now impossible to see (thanks to the moss). There is no heater in here, just ambient room temperature which at night in a British winter can get chilly! The larger plants are miniature orchids.

I have Bucephalandra fully submerged in another tank but they aren’t doing so well. I think this is a combination of snail damage, algae and melt. I have now lowered the water level so that they are emersed and will wait and see what happens.
