Purchased a Tetra Proline heater a couple of months ago - mainly because of its looks/design.
Wish I hadn't bothered as just had a spectacular fail with it. Basically, stuck on and tank got upto 31C - lost several of smaller tetras. When I spotted it in the morning, I noticed that the temperature dial seems to have been forced outwards (sort of expansion from underneath similar to what lithium batteries do).
Sending it back this week & back to my old heater.
After Googling this, I see I'm not the only one - anyone had this issue or know if they have sorted the issue ?
