Tiny white creatures

Does anyone know what are small white (1-2mm x .5mm) slug like creatures, 2 big groups of them on the glass in my shrimp tank? No changes to anything in months, thanks

some sort of flatworm -look up rhabdocoela and planaria in the search bar.

I had something similar a few weeks back and they seem to have disappeared now.
