Too strong water flow?

Hi, guys! My tank is 360 L (200 X 40 X 45 cm), but the water volume is 300 L. My water flow was very weak, only two canisters 700 L/h each (1400 L/h total). Now I've increase the water flow to 5000 L/h (I added 3 powerheads 1200 L/h each). I put a spray bar that spread the water by all tank lenght. This water flow is too Strong? It can cause any issues? Thank you.

Plants could be waving a lot and fish will have a hard time to stay straight...I had this with my fish when I put in my spray bar at first (250 liter water 2x 1550 l/h filter)...the fish started to swim in a 45 degree angle close to the glass. Now I drilled the holes of the spray bar a little bigger, problem solved.

Alright. But there are any problems to the plants?

Depends on the plant type I guess...but I don't think the plants mind much

To much flow can sometimes uplift newly planted plants, which is a little frustrating.
