Un wanted plant

What do people do with the trimmings when they tidy their tanks up, I don't like the idea of binning them as I'm sure someone will find some use for them,
Is there a trading thread on here?(after my 25 post rule I'm sure I will find one)
I have recently got some plants of friends and have too many for my tank now it's full
