First two are definitely oxalis. The red species is sometimes known as creeping wood sorrel (apparently, i hadnt heard of it as that myself) and it can be a bit of a pest tbh (it's a very common weed type species).
The second is a sedum, sometimes called a stonecrop. They generally have yellow or white flowers and are a nice addition, plus perfect for keeping with a palm as they don't mind it on the dry side.
The third, I'd still guess at vetch. We have a few species and the most common around me has purple flowers (tufted vetch) but I see plenty of yellow (kidney vetch), although I think it's the former.
