What if I miss a day of the EI cycle?

Hi all, was thinking about this the other day.... If, for some crazy reason, I missed a day of macros or trace dosing what would the effects be and how would I get back on track for the week? Would it be as easy as macros and trace together the next day?

So far I've not missed any doses but you never know

It does not matter if you miss a day and there is no need to try and catch up if your dosing - its estimating, in other words unlimted dosing.
