22-24 - Ph does not matter to be honest, it's far more important to keep your water peramitters as stable as you can though.

As low as that for temp I must have to have ph at something

24 is ideal and most fish will be happy at that, your Ph should be around 7, maybe a touch lower if you are injecting CO2

Am not going to use co2 I have compost and light other than co2 how can I feed the plants
