What's wrong with this Gourami?

Looks ill to me. Developed this discolouration over last day or so.

Another one seems to be heading the same way.

What do I do?

Looks like he's ready for a partner, if he hasn't already got one...

This is a natural coloration coming through.

A quick google suggests it may be a result of breeding colours/maturing - dark discoloration of dwarf gourami
