In general I would say 2ml per day per 100 Ltrs per 1WPG.
Therefore in your tank 4ml per day per 1watt.
By this I mean that higher light will drive the plants harder and use more nutrient requiring higher dosing in the same way that to achieve 30ppm CO2 in a tank takes different bps for everyone as you are aiming to replace what is used and so a tank that uses less reuires less injection to replace than a tank that uses more.
