how many liters of aqua soil will be enough for that size tank? that so big i bet that will make you really lazy doing water changes

dunno but 6 big bags of john innes would do. proper pipework would be a must for a big tank waterchange

Probably $$$...I'd go with Andy's suggestion of low-energy, probably nip to B&Q for pond compost and use filter sand to cap, then water changes won't be such an issue.
