Simon, I managed to find the measurements according to one of the online suppliers, and have just purchased one. When It arrives I will take some measurements and photos if this would be any help?

Just been checking the maximum width I can fit into my cupboard and 10inches will be tight. I believe that the TT EX1200 is slightly over 10 inches, so can anyone recommend another filter less than 10 inches in width. Would I be able to get away with the TT EX700?

Recently purchased some bornea wood from AE, however one of the pieces won't sink. Tried soaking it in the bath with a piece of slate over it for a few days but still no joy! Any suggestions?

Thanks for the information, I have a load of flat slate from a previous aquascape so that can be re-used. Big thanks for helping me out this morning aswell with regards to a replacement diffuser and the other last few bits.
