Hi All, I just wondered if many of you had produced an aquascape using contrasting pieces of bogwood. Say for example a branchy piece of manzanita alongside normal bogwood etc. I appreciate many woods are different colour tones so it is not always that pleasing on the eye, but I was curious...

Keep with it... I had a piece that took almost 2 months to sink :nailbiting: It will be worth the wait :thumbup:

The wood just doesn't look natural to me, it's almost too smooth. Like a walking stick. Just my thoughts. I agree though, assemble the hardscape and take some snaps. The member critique and ideas always flow from there.

This happened to one of my favourite pieces too, just resist the urge to ever reposition it! :D
