C02 help.

You might need to have the gas on for longer than an hour on a tank that size, it takes me 3½ hours to get a 1 point drop on a 240L tank with 2x in tank diffusers and uncountable bps.
Also where is the diffuser placed in relation to the inlet/outlet of the filter.
Maybe show a full tank shot showing the above.
 
Ahhh, any reccomendation on a good quality one? And I don't currently? Would you suggest I do put a bit in?
Drop checker fluid is just water with a hardness of 4dKH and a little bit of bromothymol blue added. You could actually make this yourself (ex: 1 liter RO water, 120mg NaHCO3) and bromo blue can be obtained as API pH liquid test kit.

As for using bubble count for very large tanks, you're better off using an appropriately sized flowmeter as a flow indicator. Bonus points if you happen to have the data sheet for it.

Ph dropped 1 and my drop checkers now are showing! Plants trimmed and we will see where we end up in a week guys

You can. If you don't like playing with small weights you can use serial dilution to get to the 4dKH solution. Sodium bicarbonate is a <"cheap chemical to buy">.
...... 6.0g of Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) and made up to 5 litres with deionised (DI) water to make a 40dKH solution. Mix 10ml of the 40dKH solution with 90ml of deionised water to give you 1 litre of 4dKH reference solution
