You will need something to lower pH or else the chelates will unchelate and some form of preservative, that works at low pH or else it will go mouldy.

Be careful with urea, toxic to fish, which is why KNO3 is preferred.

Looks like a good start, but as already said you need to watch the NH2 if you have critters / avoid algae problems.
You probably don't need as much Potassium Sorbate either
