Does publicly available mean available to "anyone" or only available to Facebook members ? I do not have a FB account, deleted mine long ago.

Hmmmm. I can access it via "InPrivate Browsing" fine (and Edge), just not normal IE 11 here at my work, just prompts me to login. Can't see any cookies to do with facebook either.
