Leaving fish when away

It doesn’t appear to be white spot, the fish appear to be in decent shape. I’d do as others have said, keep up the water changes and monitor.
 
I will do a water change this evening and try and take some more clear pictures.

All the fish are very active, although the one I think is pregnant tends to be a bit less so.
 
So just an update - all fish are fine, and active.

Today I saw one baby fish!!!!! Can't see any others, very confused as to whether it has just been born or whether it is the only one!

Also all the female Mollys are pooing non stop...!

Edit two babies! I'd love to see them actually give birth! Gosh I hope some of the babies survive!
