    Thanks mate! It is classified as an advanced plant in the tropica's catalogue, which means it needs a very good level of light and co2. It will grow easily, but getting it dark orange/ copper coloured ...that is the difficult part ;)

    Thanks! I had managed to get some red colours, but was difficult to maintain.. after a trim, they turned green again and had to wait to grow close to the surface to get the colouration again... However I have learnt a lot through that scape, how to run a very powerful light on such a small tank...

    Yep..could be many reasons combined that brought the bacterial bloom...Hopefully with regular maintenance and patience (or UV) the problem will be solved. H2O2 - I wouldn't recommend it. Happened that I killed some fish and shrimps with it in the past... :(

    Wonderful hardscape! Just not sure if you have thought about maintaining it - scrubbing the stones etc.... especially the top left stones if not properly fixed, will be pain to clean and as they are closest to the light, I presume will be the ones that will need most attention.

    Hi everyone, It has been awhile since I have posted anything... The tank is being up and running for 14 months now... :wacky: . No issues, very easy to maintain. Only black brush on the stones time to time, but I clean them relatively quickly. Just the CO2 can't get distributed around them...

    That wabi almost entirely done with plants I have found on the fence wall in my backyard :) Very different project and it was awesome. Flowering all the time. I kept it humid, but not very wet though. There was just about 5 mm of water at the bottom.
