Just a quick update :) Added 50ppi sponge to sump this weekend, cleared everything up quite a bit :) there's still a grey haze to the water, but I think I'll take your advice and let it sort out on its own:)

Hi again, thanks for the tips :) That filter looks interesting. I bought some 50ppi filter sponge 50x50x5cm I can cut to size and fit in the sump, there's room anyways, can double the layer so the 50ppi matt will be 10cm thick, you think that will do the trick? I just hope it won't clog up too...

I just wanted to follow up on this, I ordered the 90degree adaptor, that made a nice difference! I think it raised the lamp about 20cm extra. All the big sword leafes are blocking the light a bit, also a bit dark photo :p but I deffently got more light out to the corners Plenty of light for 74l

Hey Its a lovely led lamp! Light is still amazing and plants grow fast under it :-)! Only thing I can complain about is the gooseneck not beeing "long" enough. Could use another 20cm or something like that. Because its a bit dark in the edges of my tank.. Tank is 60x30x30cm. Guess I could solve...

We have actually tested this. And result is that after 4years the tubes weares out (for plant use anyways), the guy that tested suddenly had problems with plant growth and algaes. I have 4x80w t5 tubes over my tank. I use a mix of Phillips 2 x 865 tubes, and color code 830 also 2 tubes of these. 865 tube is a daylight tube 830 is warm daylight, its like orange, plants love em!
